Our Story
Built on the Shop Floor.
Elevate Industrial Contracting was founded by tradespeople who grew up in manufacturing. We know what downtime costs, and we built this company to fix it.
Who We Are
Elevate Industrial Contracting started with a simple idea: manufacturing plants deserve contractors who actually understand the shop floor. Our founders spent years working in and around industrial facilities across Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana before launching Elevate to fill a gap they kept running into — reliable, skilled tradespeople who show up when they say they will and do the work right the first time.
We're not a staffing agency. We're a tight-knit crew of experienced industrial contractors — machinists, millwrights, riggers, and mechanics — who take pride in the work. Every job we take on gets our full attention, whether it's an emergency repair in the middle of a production run or a planned equipment relocation.
We work directly with plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and operations teams to minimize disruption and get equipment back in service as fast as possible. No subcontractors, no surprises — just honest work from people who know what they're doing.
